... the manager for project delivery within the retail banking business. The position holds responsibility for managing the end to end UAT process associated with cards projects. It assists the manager of the project delivery team with scoping, planning and coordinating the UAT for each project. It also oversees user testing, UAT plans submitted by the vendors and ensures UAT scripts are all-inclusive. Ideal candidates will be from a cards operations background, ideally familiar with Vision Plus software. UAT experience is essential, alongside knowledge of the SDLC. Finally, the successful candidate must possess outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, the ability to proficiently operate the MS Office Suite as well as a willingness to take on challenges and work additional hours when necessary. ...
