Our client is a prestigious boutique marketing company in the Middle East with offices in New York, London and other project destinations in Europe, Seychelles, Cancun etc and they are situated in stunning offices in the heart of Dubai. This is a stand alone role reporting in to the CEO, you will responsible for 20 members of staff in the Middle East but rapidly growing and looking to reach 50 by the end of the year. This is a full generalist role and you will be involved in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. There isn?t much traveling in the role but you will be expected to travel to project destinations if required.
