Job Brief : Take overall responsibility for the prompt opening of the Euroluxe outlet, supervise various aspects like cleanliness, hygiene, layout, merchandising and visual displays etc., to ensure that everything is well laid out and the right ambience is created for a happy shopping experience. Organize and maintain files, prepare relevant reports for periodic submission, and attend meetings to discuss/ review the sales performance of the counter. Check tills and count cash everyday to tally the same against previous day's sales figures. Check invoices to tally them against cash stored in the safe in order to arrange for the entire money to be safely deposited in the bank. Monitor, frequently, the stocks in the counter and place order with the Purchase department for replenishment of stocks, and follow-up with them continuously until the required numbers are delivered.
