Project Control Engineer 
... implements and maintains cost control, and/or provides centralized planning and scheduling function medium to large size projects. Duties: Prepares initial indicative cost estimates from preliminary concept designs. Coordinates and administers contracts regulations, asset and review the claims for progress payments and reports on variation status of all contractors. Participants in the development of the work breakdown structure, interfacing with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments. Produces regular progress reports, indicating the status and implications of time and cost of the present and predicted outcome of the project. Reports on the cash flow update, and progress versus planned activities. Identifies areas of delays and measures taken to improve. Prepares presentation charts demonstrating the project performance and progress factors. Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
