Job Summary : The HR
Coordinator is responsible for assisting with and coordinating activity across the HR function for a business unit, liaising with the local HR Manager to ensure current policy and procedure is communicated and managed efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide first-level HR support to the business, escalating issues to the appropriate parties. Provide assistance in the implementation of various HR programs and processes. Answer inquiries from employees coming from all touchpoints (e.g. email, phone, chat) within agreed service levels Manage recruitment process. Perform personnel and administrative services to cover recruitment, documentation of personnel movements, payroll benefits and administration services for transportation, courier services and general communication. Provide administrative assistance in the implementation of HR programs and policy.
