He should be able to review the technical specification and improve the same upto the optimum utilization to save cost and ensure reliability and quality of DEWA equipment inline with the new adopted technologies and international standards. Ensure the availability of the latest updated technical specification for transmission and distribution projects as and when required by the customers / projects. Prepare and develop technical manuals and guidelines apart from internal process and learning & Growth prospective of the department and as and when required and for better management of the knowledge and information. Conduct internal & external technical trainings and presentations apart from departmental strategic plan under learning and growth prospective. He should have excellent communication skills, supervisory skills, report writing, and computer skills.
