Job Brief : Develop an annual Training Plan within the associated budgets for Galler in conjunction with the Corporate Training & Development initiatives for the yearEstablish & implement the process for training needs identification & ensure these inputs are utilized to draw up priorities for training initiatives.Facilitate training & development initiatives based on training needs identification & implement plans & approaches to meet these effectively through internal & external training resources within the budgetary outlays & in line with business & strategic Galler objectives.
