• Maintain and updating personnel files and records of employees such as salary, leave, medical insurance, visa / passport expiry dates and training etc., and prepare associated management reports as and when required • Update filing system as per the Master Filing Chart and check list • Generate employee ID Cards as per their new employee code. • Responsible for issuing all kind of letters related to salary certificate, warning, promotion letters and new bank account opening letters. • Prepare Leave and Final Settlement for staff and labor. • Coordinating with accounts regarding settlements, advances and pending salaries • Responsible in arranging timesheets, office supplies, etc. • Mobilization of Manpower (Transfer, Arrival, Joining, Resumption of employees) • Arrange Air Ticket booking of employees. • Distribute approved documents to each department • Prepare Contract/Payment Certificate for Hired Manpower with coordination of Site Management.
