... 12 Years schooling or equivalent - 'A' level education and formal trade qualifications with a minimum of 3 yrs of Facilities/Maintenance/Electrical experience, preferably of which some is within a hotel/resort environment of which a minimum of 1 years should have been at a supervisory level. - Technical knowledge of pool pumps, jacuzzis, steambaths, heating and chilling units and saunas is essential. Additional knowledge on Differentials, Transmissions, Brake assemblies, steering assemblies, mast systems, hydraulic systems including pumps and valves, welding and fabrication with basic metallurgical knowledge, fixed and mobile cranes and fully conversant with various oils, grease and lubricants would be preferred. - The job holder should have excellent communication skills and must posses the ability to supervise and guide a team to achieve the department's maintenance targets and posses a valid uae driving licence. - Training on Fire fighting and Safety awareness. - Hospitality.Other 3+ Years Career Level: Student/Internship Company ...
