QA/QC Engineer  

Description: - Manage material submittals and site inspections with consultant and client representatives. - Implementation of project quality plans, ITP’s, method statements and SOP’s. - Carry out routine testing and inspection activities for incoming materials at sites and prepare and update related records i.e IR, RFI, NCR etc. - Maintain status log of all project NCR’s and ensure corrective actions and preventive actions are taken timely. - Minimize the project NCR’s to zero by applying internal quality control system and implementing internal checklists as per QMS requirements. - Ensure that all engineering activities are being carried out as per contract specifications by frequently visiting the sites. - Monitoring the status of instrument calibration and keep all instruments calibrated either internally or externally.
