ECLP:Marketing Leadership Program-Middle East Job Description: Responsibilities The ECLP (Experienced Commercial Leadership Program) accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. ECLP alumni will be considered for key commercial leadership positions across GE in the EMEA region. ECLP is a TWO-year program consisting of four SIX-month, rotational assignments within the commercial function of a GE business. Typical assignments can include delivering a project or business objective around NPI, market entry strategy, sales force effectiveness, target potentialization, market segmentation, marcomms, account management, pricing controllership, risk finance and direct sales. Typical locations for assignments can be London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Milan, Florence, Prague, Gdansk, Moscow, Brussels, Dubai. International rotations outside of the EMEA region are subject to business need and are typically in locations such as Houston TX, Schenectady NY, Norwalk CT, Trevose PA, Delhi, Shanghai.
