Architect Inspector Engineer 
• Inspection of construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials and workmanship with design drawings and specifications and acceptable quality of architectural finishes. • Monitoring of materials deliveries and on-site storage to ensure compliance with specified requirements. • Monitoring of compliance with specified procedures and general good practice in relation to site safety. • Monitoring the contractor’s progress of work and reporting of daily site activities to the site engineers. • Reporting of non-conformances and site observations and general liaison with the site engineers in relation to the quality and progress of work. • Snagging and preparation of punch lists of items for corrective action following completion of construction in preparation for project handover.
