ASSISTANT MECHANICAL ENGINEER  

The right candidate shall have the following capabilities to handle the job with independent responsibility:- To develop and administer Contractual terms and conditions of various types of Supply Installation Services, Turnkey Projects and Consultancy Contracts in line with international practices. To handle various stages of tenders from proposal initiation to order placement, including Evaluations and finalization of Contract Agreements. To assist Management in resolving Contractual disputes / crisis. Should have a sound knowledge of Commercial practices, risks associated with Procurements and legal implications on Contractual matters. Good command over the English language for Report writing and official letter drafting. Knowledge of the Arabic language will be an added advantage. Should be a Computer literate and should have command in Word Processing, Spread Sheet, Database, Project Management, Presentation software.
