Electrical Engineer

The engineer shall be assisted by an inspector and shall be reporting to the project manager His main duties shall be to: - Supervise and instruct the performance of the works at site to follow up the conditions of the contract made between the Owner and the contractor - Approve the shop drawings & as-built drawings proposed by the contractor prior to commencement of implementation thereof. - Approve samples, specimens and catalogs of materials presented by the contractor - Inspect the used materials and monitor workmanship performance and demand the carrying out of any test to ensure conformity with the approved specifications. - Report to the Project Manager, on the various phases of the course of work. - Approve payment certificates according to the performance phases. - Study the demands of the contractor and recommend to the project Manager what he deems proper ...
