IT Engineer  

In-house Technical Support engineer to manage and administer a network of 30 desktops and multiple servers, the main responsibility will include: • Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including internet access, office and applications support) Manage Windows Active Directory for security and policies. • In-House Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications. • Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources. • Implements and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan. • Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
