Independently prepare correspondence on highly sensitive matters related to contracting and procurement, and maintain strict confidentiality on all project related matters. Gather, review, and compile information and prepare accurate and comprehensive report and survey with deadlines as assigned. Coordinate details of several budgets and related contracts. Audits purchase requisition, and purchase orders to verify accuracy, proper authorizations and budget codes. Communicate with vendor/manufacturers for accuracy of orders. Collaborate with the Technical department to effectively identify and resolve technical issues related to new and on-going projects.
