... reputed contracting company, is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join their organisation in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be mainly responsible for the running project on their site. Your essential duties will include: Overseeing all site requirements such as following up on drawings, shop drawings and their approvals; Following up on all submissions such as method statement and work permit; Obtaining approvals for clients or authorities; Following up on work schedule, work progress and all execution of site works; Responsible for material submittals, approvals, orders and arrival on site; Coordinating with suppliers i.e with regards to wood, steel, concrete, etc.; Following up with subcontractors, attending site meetings, attending client/consultant inspection on site; Overseeing safety matters on the site and other ad hoc site works.
