You are responsible for the pre-sale and/or post-sale support of the Company's products/systems. Provides technical support in sales presentations, technical assessment for prospective business developments, and product planning and definition. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Acting s as a technical resource to sales personnel during the selling process; Assisting the sales personnel in understanding and articulating the technical solution incorporating the companys product line; Developing technical sales tools (demonstrations, applications, etc.) for the sales team; Creating and delivering technical sales presentations to potential customers; Providing on-site assistance as needed for specific sales calls in the technical evaluation/validation closing stages; Providing written documents (white papers, statements of direction) to customers to support the sales cycle; Reviewing and responding to RFPs for technical accuracy, monitors quality and production schedules, and approves responses; Maintaining and expanding thorough knowledge of ...
