Skid Design Engineer (Emerson Process Management MEA)  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: DRAWINGS EXECUTIONS (As per the Skid Engineering Manager studies and specifications) •Execute Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for offers. •Handle full design of pressurized GAS stations and execute detailed drawings including general layout drawings, Piping spools drawings for execution, Steel framework drawings •Check drawings for dimensional accuracy, tolerances and presentation. •Maintain project files •Work closely with engineering manager, factories and external equipment suppliers QUOTES •Design and select appropriate components. •Develop and prepare technical proposals, including cost estimates, according to company processes and procedures. •Manage costs and technical inquiries with local and/or international suppliers. •Develop & prepare sales inquiries, according to company processes and procedures, in particular Delegation of Authority. PROJECT MANAGEMENT •Manage technical relations with customer. •Organize contract review. •Provide overall management of the project up to start-up and commissioning. •Assess capacity and follow-up assembly with local sub-contractors. •Manage extra-costs and delivery time. •Ensure that we are compliant with ...
