We, a multinational Recruitment cum events Management Company, are looking for a Receptionist / Secretary for our head office in Dubai. Working Days / hours: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Office Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Duties and Responsibilities: • Attending to phone calls and directing them to relevant people in the office. • Greeting and attending to walk in guests. • Composes letters and memoranda in response to incoming mail or calls. • Operates computers to produce a variety of documents, charts, and graphs in final form. • Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings and conferences; takes minutes and keeps records of proceedings as required. • Plans, organizes and coordinates travel plans and arrangements. • Reviews, proofreads, and edits documents prepared for the administrator’s or executive’s signature. • Performs a variety ...
