Finance Manager  

Developing and improving Internal controls & procedure so as to ensure integrity of financial data and information. Prepare monthly financial statements including Balance sheets, income statements, Cash Flow and necessary schedules and suitable management reports. Responsible for budgetary control including development of business plans, forecasts & budgets, constant monitoring of the forecasts against drastic changes in budgeting environment. Responsible for receivables management including invoicing, collection and monitoring and risk assessment of receivables. Passing bills for payment, passing of payroll and fixed asset accounting. Supervision of day-to-day accounting and financial activities, overseeing a team of 5 staff members. Co-ordination and liaison with both internal and External Auditors.
