Projects range from a landmark 2 million square foot urban retail resort to a stunning 375 room waterside hotel that will include ultra-exclusive residential apartments. Reporting to the General Manager of Design, your role will be to effectively manage the design process and design consultants; to oversee and make successful the entire design process from pre- concept design stage through final design and for construction documentation to include the selection of designers. You will be a team manager capable of representing the firm at such a senior level. The ideal candidate will be either a chartered architect or civil engineer with proven hands on experience in design and construction.
