Due to consistent expansion they are looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator. The company presently has four main lines of business, several of which function across a number of international markets, coffee bars, licensed bars and restaurants, food outlets and community club management, the role will manage the maintenance of all stores across brands. Duties will include: establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system for tracking work orders; maintenance history of equipment; preparing reports, data, and making recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems; management of a team of outsourced maintenance contractors and ensuring that contractors are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated; negotiatiation of a cost neutral continuation contract with key maintenance partners; communication and liaison with operations departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work and availability to ...
