Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the full recruitment function and managing a small team of TWO recruitment specialists. You will manage the budget, manpower planning and the operational, service staff, and head office staff up to director level. When recruiting the operational staff this could involve some international travel and there will also be recruitment fairs to attract candidates for high volume recruitment.
