Human Resources and Administration Manager and the duties for the role will include; establishing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing key functional areas including office planning and allocation, furniture, equipment, ergonomics and supplies; working with HR staff to ensure all requirements are met for new staff; taking responsibility for reception area, drivers, cleaners and teaboy; responsibility for all company vehicles including, registration, maintenance and allocation; liaising with IT for requests from staff and recommending and administering contracts with suppliers and contractors i.e. travel provider, furnished apartments and hotels.
