SENIOR INSTRUCTOR (HSE)  

- The Senior Instructor will be responsible for ensuring co-ordination and managing a professional standard of the following activities in order to achieve the maximum possible profit for the centre : - To ensure that theoretical teaching and practical safety training is originated, developed and maintained in a competent manner following current local and International recognized standards. - To ensure that Standards of Safety performance are maintained to the highest standard and in accordance with the Company H.S.E. Management System. - To make sure that all training materials are updated and arranged as per the latest HSE standards. - Ensure daily training operations of the HSE department are maintained in line with GTSC and external standards. - All equipment used during training is maintained and in proper working order, any non-conformities to be reported to the Operations Manager. - Set clear leadership qualities and develop the training of department staff. ...
