Senior Landscaping Architect 
Job Purpose: To manage and provide accountability for the delivery of all landscaping and related civil works infrastructure for the MASDAR programme. Key Duties: •Manages the landscaping utilities infrastructure design process from the earliest development stages until hand-off to the construction or design/build phases of the work as applicable. Manages and directs other consultants employed in the process. •Develops or manages the development of the associated project criteria packages. Manages the contract authorization and award process. •Meets with other consultants to provide direction, coordinate and review the progress of the work. •Meets and coordinates with other managers to help integrate the landscaping utilities design with the work of other disciplines, to resolve problems and facilitate advancement of the work. •Monitors the landscaping utilities delivery schedule and acts to ensure schedule accountability. •Monitors the landscaping utilities delivery budget and acts to ensure budget accountability. •Develops reports detailing the progress of the work ...
