Creative Director 
They are seeking the services of a Creative Director. Responsibilities: - To manage the creative department of the agency. - Supervise the photo producers and photo production process, planning and overseeing budgets and scheduling. - Develop and maintain master shoot calendar in step with department needs. - Partner with ART directors and photo producers to manage budgets and maximize efficiencies and creative output. - Oversee model, photographer, and stylist selection. Negotiate all contracts according to legal compliance guidelines and company policy. Follow through to ensure adherence. - Work with entire creative team to manage internal deadlines and ensure consistency and quality of creative output. - Interface with marketing, internet, merchant, and human resources teams. - Assess and approve last-minute advertising requests based on available resources and urgency to brand strategy.
