Job Summary : To manage, supervise, control and process the project's commercial and contractual aspects as a whole, and ensure that the company commercial procedures and policies are adhered to.Duties and Responsibilities : Manage the main contract with the Client, ensure that deliverable documents required are submitted on time as specified in the contract Monitor and record all variation orders and claims by the Client; ensure that the resulting notices, cost estimates and updates are submitted in line with agreed timing and procedure.
