Senior Finance Manager  

Responsible for the fiscal operations and performs related work as required for all ... of budget, fiscal policies, accounting procedures, systems and operations. ? Leads Dubai Culture and Arts Authority’s (DCAA) annual budget plan preparations in coordination with the Operations Director and Division Directors; and follow up on implementation. ? Provides guidance and sets expectations/timeline for the agencies’ annual budget plan based on the agencies’ framework agreements with DCAA. ? Collaborates with Divisions Directors and Agencies’ CEOs to resolve budgetary and other financial operational issues. ? Provides recommendations on developing and implementing the Finance Section’s strategies in compliance with DCAA’s strategic plans and goals. ? Assists in establishing and evaluating DCAA’s fiscal policies and procedures to ensure the effective implementation and execution and represents the authority in financial transactions with relevant federal and local government departments. ?
