Manager Middle East Job Description: Responsibilities GROWTH *Drive the development, implementation and follow up of the modality environment sales channel. *Continuously search for new agents/dealers/distributors/traders (so called partners) *Negotiate (or re-negotiate, as applicable) contracts with existing partners *Proactively support all partners by proving them with product information, price, delivery time, marketing and sales campaigns, service claims. *Own dedicated operating mechanism to drive channel effectiveness and to ensure flawless TWO-ways communication. *Support Cash Collection and dispute resolution *Lead the training program for partners (products, skills, processes). *Own the Annual Regional Distributor Meeting and other related events. *Actively support partners for regional tradeshows/congresses *Identifies prospects and visits key Customers. *Reports every information on competition and customer needs to local and European Marketing to ensure locally adaptation of accessories offerings. *Own and manage his own P&L to meet annual targets QUALITY *Ensure compliance with GE Quality Management System and other GE policies ...
