We are working on behalf of a leading telecommunications organisation that is actively looking to grow its compensation and benefits department. Working in an established HR team you will be responsible for developing, implementing and enhancing a compensation and benefits system, designing and conducting salary surveys internally and externally ensuring that the company is in line to international / local standards. The ideal candidate will have SIX to eight years related experience with at least four years gained in a senior capacity. Also required is a Degree in HR, with excellent working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and guidelines. Telecommunications experience will be beneficial. Strong communication skills are also required, Arabic speaking would be advantageous, as you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relations between departments.
