Compliance & Regulatory Manager  

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the job holder will, -Provide country support and coordination with policies ensuring these are aligned to EM and Group -Provide guidance and support to business on all policy related activities / queries. Support and deliver on BAU Compliance activity. -Help develop and deliver training in line with EM and Group over policies where Barclays operates. -Help support on all new acquisitions and Due Diligence project. -Facilitate effective and constructive sharing of knowledge and experience of compliance issues across the cluster and to effectively engage with other clusters and Barclays centre. -Establish close working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure support for policies and framework (Advisory). -Keep local compliance stakeholders updated on regulatory initiatives, and the impact to their business. -Responsible for the training and roll-out of Compliance policies and standards to business operations.
