Construction Manager  

Job Purpose: To ensure accountability and coordination for the successful execution of the Construction. Key Duties: •Provides construction oversight to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. •Provides interface between the design and construction aspects of the work. •Monitors progress of the work for verification of progress payments. •Coordinates controls and distributes engineering and architectural documents. •Assists with the interpretation of engineering and architectural drawings and documents. •Prepares and distributes construction and architectural progress reports. •Participates in and assists with project reviews. Industry: Construction Job Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Skills: •BS in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. •16 years experience in all aspects of civil/environmental construction management including substantial recent experience in reinforced concrete structures. •Proven supervisory experience directing others in construction management. •Experience in the Middle East region very desirable. •Good writing skills and experience preparing field reports and site assessments. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
