Based in Dubai and reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will be expected to actively participate in implementing HR activities in coordination with the global headquarters, including training and development, talent planning, recruitment, performance appraisals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies in compliance with Middle East regulations. You must complete administration of expatriate programmes which will include staffing and employee relations, application of policies and procedures and development programs. As the ideal candidate you must be a university graduate, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical company, combined with uae experience.
