Based in Deira and reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will be expected to multi task across all HR platforms. This will include, but not be limited to recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration and change management, recruitment, orientation, training and development. You will be expected to assist with HR policies, procedures and systems and provide support to the line managers and employees on performance management systems. You will also be required to manage and mentor the other Human Resources employees.
