ITT package on the common Sales drive, with Legal, Operations and Technical sections clearly identifiable; Identify in the ITT the tender submission deadline and confirm this with the Sales Manager, contact the courier company to book pickup; Prepare ITT Summary sheet, confirm all parameters and deadlines with Sales Manager; Identify in the ITT if a bid bond is required, if required bring to the Sales Manager attention; Prepare ITT acknowledgement of receipt for signature by Sales Manager and send signed acknowledgement to the Client. Skills required for this position will be excellent written and oral English communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, good telephone skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
