Operations Manager 
Reporting to the General Manager, this position is ideally suited to an experienced engineer, with a strong character, capable of working on his own initiative, or with little supervision with good management experience. Understanding of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems are desirable although full training will be supplied in the Middle East and at our Factory. The role is office based but requires the creation of a good working relationship with the owner/operator of the equipment, either at their factory or on-site and with local suppliers. Your Responsibilities • Organise, control, monitor & motivate staff to provide efficient & effective support to clients. • Produce monthly reports on machine location, number of breakdowns, downtime etc. • Compile & maintain detailed machines fault records & provide regular feedback to senior management. • Analysis of breakdowns, root causes & actions to prevent reoccurrence. • Monitor spare parts, usage & stock holding, and ...
