Project Manager 
The Project Manager will ensure an efficient and timely execution of project at hand. He will be responsible for: o Scheduling all execution phases of project in line with planning prepared by Project Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (PEQS). o Planning and implementing project manpower requirement in line with PEQS planning. o Planning and coordinating the preparation of reports, claims, shop/as built drawings and other documentation. o Preparing forecasts of needed project cash flow and monitoring efficient expenditure. o Attending, and/or conducting coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors to plan and coordinate all issues related to project execution. o Assisting in obtaining necessary permits or related documents from legal authorities. o Planning site visit, Survey, planning, selection, design, drafting, estimation, project planning, management, material procurement, commissioning, and service of large Landscape projects. o Ensuring that all work practices and procedures comply with company and local authorities’ regulations. o Ensuring all works is ...
