The candidate shall proactively learn new Roamware solutions and Value-added services (technology, application, process, and development methodology) and be conversant in general wireless as well as software technology and firmware. The successful candidate will also have responsibility to ensure that the delivery and implementation of Roamware’s solution at client site occurs in a profitable manner through managing client expectations. There shall be the expectation of new relationship selling as well as a proven ability to generate new business with existing clients. The successful candidate will have a compensation package that will be a combination of base salary, commissions based upon revenues, margins and other agreed metrics, as well as the ability to earn substantial bonuses for meeting profitability goals - both gross margin on client implementations and operating margin for the Regional Team.
