Requirements: Back Office Manager Role Requirements: - Knowledge of HR functions (Payroll, Compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee exit procedures) - Good understanding of UAE labour laws and disciplinary procedures - Experienced in recruitment (Screening), Onboarding and end of service processes and procedures - Basic Accounting - Knowledge of the legislation & employment - Diploma or Bachelor Degree in HR/Business Administration - Minimum 3 years’ experience of HR/Administrative role - Driving license (not mandatory)
