Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities: •Assists the
manager to ensure the smooth
operations of the Call Centre •Responsible for the service delivery standards in specific products in charged •Communicates, influences, persuades and leads by example, the customer focus value of the company •Leads and manages direct reports towards achievement of common goals, and groom team for professional development •Handles and resolves more complex reported problems by customers •Liaises with BU on new applications/product enhancement roll-out for effective call centre management •Studies and analyses reports with an aim to improve service delivery, and initiates process improvement •Ensures the customer list of all front-end application issued is kept up-to-date •Any other duties as and when assigned Industry: Customer Service Job Location: United Arab Emirates Skills: •3 years experience in Call Centre, with software support experience •Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
