Our client, a multinational property developer with a number of prestigious projects in the pipeline with aggressive expansion plans in Middle East is looking for a Finance Controller. A CA/CPA qualified with proven experience in the similar capacity in a property development company or any industry in uae required. Will be responsible for the effective leadership & development of the financial policies and accounting functions, handle all day-to-day accounts related activities like annual budgeting, MIS, Working capital management and fund flow/ cash flow credit control, provide strategic leadership to finance and business planning functions and advise the Director and the Board.
