The aim for the future is to deepen the product range of retail banking products whilst building on the existing strength in corporate banking, and to double the branch network in the next 5 years. The main objective of the role is to achieve the unit’s target of gross operating income, number of new accounts booked, total deposits achieved and ensuring all renewal proposals are submitted on time. Other facets of the role will include over-viewing existing borrower’s accounts to increase profitability, developing new clients, monitoring relationship managers and officers, reviewing credit proposals, ensuring compliance with company requirements and submitting weekly reports and proposals.
