... new events in Dubai by deploying a strategy and be able to implement action plans with time lines for trade shows, conferences, sports events and managed events to maximize both revenue and value potential; While sustaining achieved results build a strong network of trade promotion bodies and help OITE/IE Oman in maximizing international sales/participation; Must be able to identify and bring in target sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, delegates and relevant audience to make each assigned event successful. Need to work in tandem with Muscat office: Marketing, Sales, Operations departments to maximize each assigned event output and to implement the directions of Senior Management. Develop marketing plans, set and achieve sales targets, identify/implement new event features and attractions, manage budgets, supervise event operations, develop strategic partnerships, create new event titles both in Dubai and overseas.
