... their rapid growth they are seeking a Sales Secretary, her principal duties will be; alert the SVP Sales and the Sales Manager to the fact that an ITT (Invitation to Tender) has been received, put a soft copy of the complete ITT package on the common Sales drive, with Legal, Operations and Technical sections clearly identifiable; Identify in the ITT the tender submission deadline and confirm this with the Sales Manager, contact the courier company to book pickup; Prepare ITT Summary sheet, confirm all parameters and deadlines with Sales Manager; Identify in the ITT if a bid bond is required, if required bring to the Sales Manager attention; Prepare ITT acknowledgement of receipt for signature by Sales Manager and send signed acknowledgement to the Client.
