Based in Dubai and reporting to the Head of Training, the incumbent will be responsible for the training needs of 600 current employees and with ongoing expansion plans in all departments the numbers will rapidly increase. You will be responsible for delivering effective training programs, which will include industry knowledge, job skills, IT and a full range of soft skills other responsibilities will include, effectively testing all delegates on their learning, understanding and application and working with the Management Team of each division to ensure all training outputs are continually evaluated.
