Job description / Role Charterhouse is working with a Diplomatic Mission based in Abu Dhabi, to assist them in sourcing an Administration Manager to further develop their team. This role will be quite varied, covering a wide variety of administrative tasks which will include but will not be limited to management of the administration team, providing HR administrative assistance, adhering to compliance policies and ensuring processes and policies are followed in the correct manner. Additional aspects of this role will also include budgets, overseeing employee records, ensuring payroll records are updated and overseeing the maintenance of the electronic filing system as well as ensuring the security entry system tracking system is maintained will also be key responsibilities of this role.
Requirements: The successful candidate should ideally be Degree educated, with at least 5-8 years' experience in a similar role as an Office Manager, leading and motivating staff. You should have ...
