Assistant General Manager-Food & Beverage 
Our client, a multinational coffee chain and restaurant requires an Assistant General Manager for their Dubai operations. Must be essentially have experience in managerial role with a High End Restaurant or Coffee Chain. Responsibilities include-sourcing new sites for the chain, preparing detailed feasibility studies, assisting in designing of the new cafes. Manage the day to day operations of all outlets, supervise all sanitation and hygiene, monitor the menu, monitor performance of all the outlets, inspecting the premises of the suppliers, ensure all operational standards and the image of Franchisors are maintained, recruitment and performance appraisal of staff, suggest and implement new products, technology advancements from time to time etc. ...
