Duties and Responsibilities : - Assemble and analyze organizations - Carry out gap analysis and an independent assessment of the effectiveness of organization policies, procedures and standards to assurance that required laws, regulations, policies and procedures are fulfill expected results. - Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of organization business plans, processes, projects, etc. - Find solutions and advice clients to improve End-to-End business processes by using the best practice to achieve dramatic performance improvement, cost reductions, decrease cycle time, etc and designing operational/technical/financial/audit manuals such as corporate policies & procedures, authority matrix, corporate governance, etc. -Work closely with clients to ensure new designed system is in place, provide related training and supervise implementation. - Gather, analyze, evaluate facts and prepare and present concise/detailed oral and written reports. - Establish and retain effective working relationships with other staff and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. ...
